Poppa Jim Memorial Game Helps Victory for Vienna

The spirit of Poppa Jim continued to live strong on July 14 at the Bell Sensplex. A memorial game was held between members of Jim’s team, the Geriatric Senior Buzzards, and the Lady Pucks, a team he coached. The Buzzards won 6-1, with the lone goal for the Lady Pucks scored by Poppa Jim’s daughter, Janice Sullivan. Close to $1,100 was raised for the Victory for Vienna campaign through a raffle and 50/50 draw.
