YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region Team of the Month: Nepean Blue Devils juvenile girls

About: The Nepean Blue Devils juvenile girls (under-17) team left the first-ever Ontario Basketball Championships will gold medals draped around their necks. After the Blue Devils lost to the top-ranked York North Avengers in the tournament’s pool play, the teams met again in the gold medal game, where the Nepean’s squad came out on top by a score of 53-41.

Team Members: Abby Douglas, Kelsey Talbot, Shannon Arthurs, Emily Dorman, Selen Calgin, Jaime-Lynn Kettles, Madison Miles, Abby Emmons, Felicity Emmons, Marie-Soleil Fleury, Eliana Dinakaran, and Morgan Sim.
