Team Homan picked up right where they left off after spending most of September away from competition. The team won the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic – only their second World Curling Tour event of the season – in Vernon, B.C., held from Sept. 29-Oct. 2. The Ottawa Curling Club Rink followed that up with a victory at the Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic held at the Calgary Curling Club from Oct. 6-9. Between tournaments, Homan joined Team Canada in Toronto to unveil Canada’s uniforms for the upcoming Olympic Games.
