Ottawa Gymnastics Centre athletes excel at home Ontario Cup meet

Eric Gauthier and Ben Astorga of the Ottawa Gymnastics Centre produced a 1-2 finish for the host club in the national open competition as OGC hosted the first men’s artistic gymnastics Ontario Cup meet of the season from Dec. 9-11 in Westboro.

OGC’s Riley Gonzalez (Level 2, Age 10-11) and Max Parker (L3, A12-13) also finished at the top of their division standings. Local all-around silver medallists included OGC’s William Khawam (L3, A10-11), Tyson Morton (L3, A12-13), Nick Yankowich (L3, A14-17), while National Capital’s Nathanael Teng (L5, A13-15) was an all-around bronze medallist.
