Ottawa’s Montana Champagne won a silver medal in the men’s 400-metre individual medley on Sept. 29 at the Pan Am Sports Festival’s swimming competition in Mexico City.
Champagne was one of eight under-19 developmental athletes selected to represent Canada at the event.
