YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region Team of the Month: Glebe Collegiate Junior Women’s Doubles Rowing

The Glebe Collegiate Grade 10 duo of Rachel Weber and Mackenzie Mihorean were their school’s top finishers at the 73rd annual Canadian Secondary School Rowing Association Regatta. At the event held June 1-3 in St. Catharines the pair won the women’s junior doubles with a finals time of 8:31.72. The girls also raced in other boats for Glebe: Weber finished 4th in the women’s senior doubles with a time of 8:06.72 and Mihorean placed 6th in the semifinals with the team’s women’s junior eight.
