Yves Sikubwabo defended his U Sports cross-country championship with a 2nd title at the November race in Victoria, B.C. Sikubwabo, who is originally from Rwanda, graduated from Glebe Collegiate in 2012. He won an OFSAA cross-country championship as a Gryphon in Ottawa in 2011. The now two-time Canadian university champion has won both his titles representing Universite Laval, after first running with the Guelph cross-country and track teams.
