The Ottawa Sports Pages was a free newspaper available for pickup at sports and recreation facilities across the city. The Sports Pages operate under the banner of the not-for-profit Ottawa Community Sport Media Team, which also provides free sports opportunities to youth from Ottawa Community Housing neighbourhoods through its CAMPS Project.
Like the OttawaSportsPages.ca website, the Ottawa Sports Pages newspaper was devoted to capturing all the best local sports stories from high schools, universities, community clubs, junior leagues and elite amateur sport.
Our motivation is to fill a gap in Ottawa amateur sports coverage that’s existed for far too long in the nation’s capital and to share our passion for sport with a thriving sports community that owns it in spades.
The Ottawa Sports Pages was published from 2011-2011 and was delivered to sports and recreation centres, arenas, high schools, club facilities, clinics, studios, restaurants, offices, etc.
